I want to thank you for your kindness in not charging me for the work done on May 8th of this year. Thomas had come out for my regular AC inspection on May 3rd. We had heat at the time but didn't need it for a couple of days and then when we turned it back on, the heat no longer worked.
Thomas came out and after checking a few things, realized a wire was loose just behind the panel that had to be taken on and off to inspect the furnace or clean the filter. He felt that he had not (accidentally, of course) knocked the wire, but that over time when the panel was taken on and off, the wire loosened up and was no longer making a proper connection. He spoke with someone at the office (K.S.), who gave me the benefit of the doubt and did not charge me.
