To whom it may concern, I want to thank you for your kindness in not charging me for the work done on May 8th of this year. Thomas had come out for my regular AC inspection on May 3rd. We had heat at the time but didn't need it for a couple of days and then when we turned it back on, the heat no longer worked. Thomas came out and after checking a few things, realized a wire was loose just behind the panel that had to be taken on and off to inspect the furnace or clean the filter. He felt that he had not (accidentally, of course) knocked the wire, but that over time when the panel was taken on and off, the wire loosened up and was no longer making a proper connection. He spoke with someone at the office (K.S.), who gave me the benefit of the doubt and did not charge me. Thank you for that courtesy. Sir, I wanted to take a moment to pass along my sincere thanks to your company for the professional service your folks provided to me during the installation of our new Bryant Heating and Cooling system. Mr. Fritz Beiter provided my estimate to replace my 23 year old system. Not only did Fritz provide me with a very competitive price, he also answered all my questions and concerns regarding the existing and new system installation. In my opinion, the two young men you sent to do my installation are an asset to your company. Fortunately, the weather was very mild the day Jorge and Mike started the installation. Regardless of the weather, Jorge and Mike were able to remove the old system, and had the new heating system working within hours of their arrival. What more could I have asked for! On the second day, again, Jorge and Mike arrived when they said they would arrive and completed the installation of the cooling system. Each day they left my house as clean as the day they arrived. A big plus for their neatness. I am pleased to say that I am very satisfied with the product you installed and the professionalism of your employees. Dear Mr. Davis, I want to say thank you for a job very well done. In today’s world it is not often that a company will take that extra step to make the customer feel special. Your company certainly impressed me with your competence and concern for my satisfaction. I recently purchased a new air conditioner and furnace from your company and I want to tell you how much I appreciated the highly professional and technically competent staff of technicians to you sent to work at my house. Dennis Boccabella, the job foreman and project leader should be commended for his diligence and attention to detail. He was great. I particularly appreciated the work of Kevin Butler t making certain that the air conditioner compressor site was properly prepared and level. Kevin Butler took special pans to carefully solder the pipes to ensure a perfect fit. His mantra was to do it right the first time and not have to do it over again. Mike Howe impressed my when I asked if a wire could be moved. He said “sure” and he then removed the wire from the disconnect box and reconnected it as I asked. He was very accommodating. Rich Sherwood and Eric Cruise were very efficient in the various stages of installation and I noticed how well they worked together. They were careful to avoid damaging any part of my home as they worked to thread the copper pipe from the outside into the basement furnace area. Kevin Quinlan was very helpful to me as he explained operating procedures for my new heating and air conditioning system. And, a special thank you to Kevin Smith. Without his careful and understandable explanations of the various options available to us, we would not have purchased our system from Davis and Davis. He really knows heating and air conditioning products and he was able to communicate very effective to my wife and me. He was the reason we purchased from Davis and Davis. All of your workers paid careful attention to keeping their work area clean and to avoid any damage to our home. I was impressed with their competence and their willingness to accommodate any request I made regarding locating outlets, pipes, boxes, and the like during the installation process.
